We’re seeking a seasoned Venture Capital Attorney with a portable book of business to join our growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in a firm that values autonomy, flexibility, and strategic growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance.
• A demonstrated track record of portable client relationships and a book of business.
• Experience leading deals from term sheet to closing.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to building a practice.
• Ideally, a client base in health tech or technology sectors.
• A Portable book of business worth minimum $250k REQUIRED

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with health tech regulations.
• Experience with Emerging Companies Venture Capital (ECVC) transactions.
