Most security jobs are built around operating tools, responding to alerts and managing processes.
This isn’t one of them.
We’re partnering with a highly technical global organisation seeking Security Software Engineers to help build and improve the systems, tooling and infrastructure that protect the firm’s people, data and technology.
This is an engineering-first security role. The strongest candidates will typically come from software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering or similar development-focused backgrounds, with a genuine interest in cybersecurity. We’re far more interested in engineers who have developed a passion for security than traditional security professionals who have learned to code.
You’ll work across a broad range of security challenges, building software, automating processes, improving security controls, helping investigate incidents and partnering with engineers across the organisation to solve complex technical problems.
What we’re looking for
This position can be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong. Full international relocation support is available, and the organisation has a strong track record of relocating engineers from Europe, North America and other global markets.
You’ll be joining a highly technical environment where security is treated as an engineering challenge, not a compliance exercise. Engineers are empowered to build, automate and solve difficult problems while working alongside some of the strongest technical talent in the industry.
The organisation offers compensation comparable to leading technology firms in London and New York, the opportunity to work on globally significant projects from Asia, and a relocation package designed to make an international move as seamless as possible.
If you’re an engineer who enjoys security and wants to apply your software development skills to meaningful security challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
