About the Role

As a Review & Analytics Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, designing strategic workflows, and overseeing document review and production processes. You will collaborate closely with legal teams and external partners, leveraging Relativity, Brainspace, and other leading review platforms to ensure seamless data processing, validation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead review and analytics strategy for complex litigation and regulatory matters
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows from collection to production, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Advise clients on best practices for data processing, review, and quality control
• Manage external service providers and coordinate with legal teams to optimize workflows
• Supervise and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in legal technology, information governance, and data privacy

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or information governance within a law firm, consulting firm, or corporate environment
• Deep expertise in Relativity, Brainspace, and other leading review tools
• Strong leadership and team management experience, including remote teams
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to legal and executive stakeholders
• Track record of successfully managing multiple complex initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 35%, including international travel as needed
