Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer

I’m currently supporting an innovative cybersecurity vendor looking to hire a Solutions Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design solutions, deliver technical demonstrations and PoCs, and support customers through complex deployments and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts.
- Design solution architectures across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Support integrations involving APIs, networking technologies, and security platforms.
- Advise customers on cloud, DevOps, automation, and deployment best practices.
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Desirable
- Experience working with Government, Defence, or highly regulated environments.
- Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Kubernetes, Docker, Python, or similar technical tooling.
