About the Role:
You will play a key role in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments, with a strong focus on technology and life sciences. From due diligence to drafting and negotiating agreements, you’ll be involved in every stage of the transaction lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise on domestic and international M&A transactions in tech and life sciences.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal due diligence and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support negotiations and provide strategic input on deal structures and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A at a leading law firm or in-house team.
- Proven experience handling transactions in technology and life sciences sectors.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and deliver exceptional client service.
- Candidates must have a JD from a top 20 Law School
