Litigation Staff Attorney

A leading Am Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join its team in either Boston, MA or Miami, FL.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile matters involving complex discovery and data management issues while partnering closely with attorneys, clients, and technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the discovery lifecycle, including document collection, review, production, and vendor oversight.

• Develop and execute cost-effective discovery strategies for large-scale litigation and investigations.

• Utilize advanced technology and AI-driven tools to streamline preservation, collection, review, and production workflows.

• Advise internal teams and clients on e-discovery best practices, data privacy, and information governance.

• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions, pleadings, objections, and production protocols.

• Mentor and train junior attorneys, contract attorneys, and support staff on discovery processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of discovery and e-discovery experience, preferably within a law firm environment.

• Prior experience managing complex discovery matters and large data productions.

• Strong knowledge of e-discovery platforms such as Relativity and/or Concordance.

• Excellent analytical, technical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Active bar admission in good standing.
