Following continued growth and global expansion, they’re now looking to hire an IT Systems Engineer to help scale and secure their internal technology environment.

The Opportunity

As part of a lean and highly collaborative Technology Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting a fast-scaling global workforce while helping drive automation, security and operational excellence across the business.

You’ll take ownership of core IT systems, identity management, endpoint administration and process automation, helping build the foundations required to support the next phase of growth.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and leveraging technology to create scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing identity and access lifecycle processes through Okta
• Administering and optimising core SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace
• Owning Mac endpoint management through Jamf
• Automating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Providing high-quality technical support across the organisation
• Developing scripts and automations (Python preferred) to improve efficiency and user experience
• Supporting security initiatives and best-practice controls
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance IT operations at scale

What We’re Looking For

• Experience administering Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace and macOS environments
• Strong understanding of SaaS administration and endpoint management
• Scripting experience, ideally with Python
• A passion for automation and continuous improvement
• Strong awareness of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem solving

• Identity and access management projects
• Onboarding and lifecycle automation
• Privileged access or security tooling exposure
• Experience within high-growth technology businesses or scale-ups
