I’m exclusively representing a Legal Tech startup that has recently secured seed funding from prestigious investors in the space. They are set to disrupt the legal tech and eDiscovery industry with their product launch at Legal Week this March in NYC.
Now, they’re looking for a VP of Sales to define and execute their GTM strategy, drive revenue, and build a world-class sales team. This is a high-impact, leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and co-founder, perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
Initial responsibilities:
• Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the commercial strategy alongside leadership
• Develop and execute the GTM strategy, by identifying market entry points and drive early sales success
• Use your expertise in legal tech SaaS sales, selling to Legal Teams, Counsels & Partners
• Build and scale a sales team of high performing Account Executives (you can use the Iceberg team for that 😊)
What the CEO is looking for:
• Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to law firms, corporate legal teams, or eDiscovery teams.
• Track record of building and executing a GTM strategy in a fast-growth startup.
• Experience leading, hiring & scaling sales teams (mentoring Account Executives).
• Deep knowledge of Legal Tech or eDiscovery sales – this is essential.

Comp:
• $175K-£200k base salary
• OTE of $350K-$400k
• 1%+ equity (negotiable)
