We’re working exclusively with a global cybersecurity vendor that operates at the forefront of consumer digital protection.
This business partners with some of the world’s largest organisations to deliver cutting-edge security, identity protection, and scam prevention solutions to millions of users globally.
They’re now looking to bring in a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value, strategic partnership – someone who can operate commercially, technically, and strategically in equal measure.
The Role
- This is not a traditional account management role.
- You’ll sit at the centre of a key partnership, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring successful delivery while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a strategic partner
- Lead API/SDK integrations and product delivery
- Act as technical escalation point
- Drive revenue and expansion within the account
- Execute joint go-to-market initiatives
- Track KPIs and report to stakeholders
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years in strategic/partner account management
- Background in cybersecurity or consumer tech
- Strong API/SDK integration knowledge
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Proven track record of growing accounts
- Confident with both C-level and technical stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
The Setup
- Hybrid role based in Seattle with regular on-site partner engagement
- ~20–30% travel (partner meetings, industry events)
