Seattle (Hybrid)

$140,000 – $175,000 + Double OTE

We’re working exclusively with a global cybersecurity vendor that operates at the forefront of consumer digital protection.

This business partners with some of the world’s largest organisations to deliver cutting-edge security, identity protection, and scam prevention solutions to millions of users globally.

They’re now looking to bring in a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value, strategic partnership – someone who can operate commercially, technically, and strategically in equal measure.

The Role

  • This is not a traditional account management role.
  • You’ll sit at the centre of a key partnership, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring successful delivery while identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a strategic partner
  • Lead API/SDK integrations and product delivery
  • Act as technical escalation point
  • Drive revenue and expansion within the account
  • Execute joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Track KPIs and report to stakeholders
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales

What They’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in strategic/partner account management
  • Background in cybersecurity or consumer tech
  • Strong API/SDK integration knowledge
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Proven track record of growing accounts
  • Confident with both C-level and technical stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

The Setup

  • Hybrid role based in Seattle with regular on-site partner engagement
  • ~20–30% travel (partner meetings, industry events)
  • High-impact role with direct visibility across leadership
