A highly sophisticated organization is seeking a Tech Lead, Security Engineering (IAM / Identity Platform) to help shape and engineer a modern identity-first security function. This is not a traditional IAM role, it requires a hands-on builder who understands identity as critical infrastructure across users, services, and workloads.

You’ll lead the design and development of scalable identity systems, driving security across authentication, authorization, secrets management, and workload identity. This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strategic ownership.

The Role

• Design and build modern IAM and identity security platforms
• Develop scalable authentication and access control systems
• Drive credential and secrets modernization
• Improve workload identity and machine authentication
• Build automation, integrations, and security tooling
• Influence long-term security architecture

Non-Negotiables (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE…)

• Strong experience building or leading IAM / identity platforms
• Deep knowledge of OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and authentication systems
• Hands-on engineering capability (coding, APIs, automation)
• Experience with secrets management, PKI, and cloud security
• Proven ability to modernize identity systems at scale
