Senior Business Development Manager

I am working with a specialist law firm at the forefront of Information Law – a cutting-edge practice area that sits at the intersection of law, technology and business. The firm is widely recognised as a leading authority in handling the complex legal and technical challenges that arise around eDiscovery, information governance, AI governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity.

They are looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager who will be focused on bringing on new clients and working in a individual contributor capacity. This role works closely with senior stakeholders to drive high-value opportunities and deepen client relationships.

Required Experience:

• 8–10+ years in business development or client/pursuit management within a law firm or professional services environment
• Proven experience leading strategic pursuits and complex RFPs/proposals
• Hands-on support for major conferences and events, end-to-end
• Track record building client-facing programs (webinars, CLEs, alerts, thought leadership)
• Exposure to Information Law (eDiscovery, data privacy, information governance, AI) preferred

Package:

• Remote role
• Base: $180,000 – $200,000 + Double OTE
