I’m working with a well-established legal technology provider that’s expanding its analytics team. They’re looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to take the lead on complex Relativity aiR workflows and help clients use analytics more effectively across their eDiscovery projects.
It’s a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be involved from start to finish – designing workflows, managing TAR/CAL models, validating searches, and making sure everything stands up defensibly. You’ll also get to collaborate closely with review managers, project teams, and legal stakeholders to turn analytics into real-world results.
Running end-to-end Relativity aiR analytics projects – active learning, model training, and performance tracking.
Designing smart search strategies and supporting defensibility documentation.
Advising on review approaches and workflow optimization.
Using unsupervised analytics (email threading, clustering, near-duplicates) to spot trends and reduce noise.
Supporting and training others to get the most out of analytics tools.
Around 5+ years in eDiscovery analytics or review management.
Strong hands-on experience with Relativity aiR; Brainspace knowledge is a plus.
Solid understanding of TAR/CAL, search term validation, and defensibility principles.
Someone who can explain technical details clearly to both lawyers and tech teams.
You’d be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team where analytics really sit at the centre of the eDiscovery process. There’s plenty of room to grow, genuine autonomy, and the chance to work on complex, interesting matters with top-tier clients.
