I’m looking for a Red Team Lead to drive cutting-edge security testing, simulate real-world cyber threats, and strengthen defences against emerging risks. This is a chance to lead a team of security professionals, conduct advanced penetration testing, and work closely with blue teams to enhance security posture.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and executing red team operations, penetration tests, and social engineering assessments
• Leading and mentoring a team of security specialists
• Collaborating with SOC teams to refine detection strategies through purple teaming
• Managing security testing tools and infrastructure
• Staying ahead of cyber threats and developing innovative attack simulations
• Communicating technical findings to executives with clear and actionable reporting

💡 What I’m Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in penetration testing/red teaming
• Strong offensive security skills, including developing implants and maintaining persistence
• In-depth knowledge of APT tactics, attacker methodologies, and evasion techniques
• Familiarity with security monitoring, SIEM tools, and blue team strategies
• Ability to analyse complex security risks and translate them into clear business impact
