Head of Linux Security (Hands-On Technical Leader)

Some security leadership roles involve lots of meetings. This isn’t one of them.

I’m looking for someone who still enjoys solving difficult engineering problems, who is deeply technical, and who naturally leads by example.

This is a genuine player-coach opportunity where you’ll spend the majority of your time working alongside exceptional engineers, designing and securing large-scale Linux platforms, solving complex operating system challenges, and influencing the technical direction of one of the world’s most sophisticated engineering environments.

You’ll need to be comfortable discussing topics such as Linux internals, operating system security, authentication, privilege boundaries, kernel hardening, platform architecture, identity, sandboxing and automation with engineers who are among the very best in the industry.

You’ll also lead and mentor a highly capable team, helping shape engineering strategy while remaining technically credible every single day.
