eDiscovery Project Manager

eDiscovery Project Manager | Chicago Hybrid

I’m supporting a growing legal technology business with the hire of an eDiscovery Project Manager to join their client services team in Chicago.

This would suit someone with experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, legal project coordination, or paralegal work who is looking to build their career in a more client-facing project management role.

The position will involve supporting legal clients with eDiscovery workflows, coordinating projects, managing data-related tasks, working with internal teams and external vendors, and helping ensure matters are delivered smoothly and accurately.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, paralegal work, or a similar legal services environment
• Exposure to eDiscovery platforms or document review workflows
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confidence working with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in legal technology

This is a Chicago-based hybrid role with strong long-term development potential.
