Our client, a leading digital forensics and eDiscovery vendor, is seeking a Forensic Consultant to join their growing team in Los Angeles. It’s a remote position and they need this person to be close to LA. This role involves conducting forensic collections, analyzing digital evidence, and working with cutting-edge forensic tools to support high-profile investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform forensic collections across mobile devices, email platforms, and cloud-based sources.
• Analyze and interpret chat data, modern attachments, and hyperlinks in digital investigations.
• Utilize industry-standard forensic tools to process and preserve digital evidence.
• Work closely with legal teams, investigators, and clients to provide expert forensic insights.
• Ensure forensic processes follow chain of custody and industry best practices.

Required experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or data collections.
• Strong knowledge of mobile forensics, email investigations, and chat data analysis.
• Experience working with modern attachments and hyperlinks in forensic workflows.
• Hands-on expertise with forensic tools.

The base salary sits between $85k-$100k + bonus and benefits.
