Are you a proven legal revenue generator with experience collaborating with Attorneys to establish sales strategies and drive revenue growth

I am partnered with an AM 200 Law firm who are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive expansion efforts across the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with Attorneys To Develop & Execute Growth Strategies
  • Client & Market Engagement To Drive Revenue
  • Proposal & Pitch Development – Lead the creation of proposals and presentations that win new business.
  • Networking & Industry Presence – Represent the firm at industry events.
  • Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams.

What You Need:

  • 8+ years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful BD strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Overall Package:

  • Base – $135K – $170K base + Bonus
  • Benefits – Including subsidized health insurance, 401(k) with firm match, paid life & disability insurance, and more.
  • Hybrid – NYC based
