I am partnered with an AM 200 Law firm who are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive expansion efforts across the U.S.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with Attorneys To Develop & Execute Growth Strategies
- Client & Market Engagement To Drive Revenue
- Proposal & Pitch Development – Lead the creation of proposals and presentations that win new business.
- Networking & Industry Presence – Represent the firm at industry events.
- Collaboration Across Teams – Work closely with partners, practice groups, and marketing teams.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful BD strategies.
- Strong knowledge of the legal industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Overall Package:
- Base – $135K – $170K base + Bonus
- Benefits – Including subsidized health insurance, 401(k) with firm match, paid life & disability insurance, and more.
- Hybrid – NYC based
