I’m currently exclusively representing a independent LegalTech company that’s quietly become a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest enterprises. They specialise in eDiscovery, compliance, and information governance. Their platform combines advanced search, AI-powered document review, and streamlined workflows to bring clarity and control to complex data challenges.

I have been speaking directly with the CRO and what was highlighted is that he needs someone with a solid background in eDiscovery and LegalTech sales, someone who thrives in a hands-on, individual contributor role but is also excited by the potential to step into a US Sales Lead position down the line. That said, if you prefer to stay focused on billing and driving revenue, there’s a clear path for that too.

You’ll be able to bill against multiple revenue streams, including:

• eDiscovery Software Licensing (litigation, investigations, regulatory response)
• Information Governance & Data Minimisation tools
• AI-Powered Document Review Solutions
• Professional & Advisory Services
• Managed Services & Support Packages
• Data Mapping & Risk Assessment Engagements

What I’m looking for:

• Proven success in legaltech, regtech, or SaaS with a complex sales cycle
• Comfortable selling to Legal, Risk, or Compliance functions
• Consultative, value-led sales style – not transactional
• Confident owning end-to-end sales process and opening doors into new logos
• A self-starter who enjoys working in a high-trust, low-politics environment

Package:

• Location: NYC (Hybrid)
• Package: Base $150,000 + 8% comms on new business
• Unfortunately my client is unable to support visa sponsorship with this hire
