New Business Executive

New Business Sales Executive – Cisco Solutions | £50,000 – £65,000 Base + Double OTE | London

This role is 100% focused on new business. I’m looking for a proven track record in sales, ideally within Cisco solutions. Experience in joining a cold desk and successfully building your own pipeline is essential.

Are you a natural hunter and closer looking to build out a desk? Do you have experience selling Cisco IT solutions and a drive to smash targets?

I’m working with one of Cisco’s top partner solution providers, specializing in mid to large enterprise clients. They have an ambitious team of around 30 employees and have recently strengthened their sales team with a senior hire. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and scale with the company as an early member of their sales team.

The Role:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Hunter mentality
• Build new strong client relationships and close high-value deals
• Work closely with the Sales team to drive revenue and expand market presence

What I’m Looking For:

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for winning business
• Previous experience joining a cold desk and building a sales pipeline
• Experience in IT sales with Cisco tech solutions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and eager to grow within a scaling company

Package:

• Base: £50,000 – £65,000
• OTE: Double base
• Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site London
