Are you an experienced eDiscovery and Information Governance professional looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, leading complex client engagements, and driving innovation in the legal technology space.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and proven client management skills to oversee eDiscovery and information governance initiatives. You will work closely with business and client teams to develop best-in-class strategies while managing multiple high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze documents and data sources to develop substantive factual findings and eDiscovery strategies.
  • Lead internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, and develop clear, concise, and well-reasoned work products.
  • Provide strategic advisory on legal preservation, identification, and collection of data across complex IT environments.
  • Manage eDiscovery service providers while coordinating with clients and external counsel to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee investigations into data storage, retention, migration, and defensibility of legal holds.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, mobile device data, and archiving solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting firm, or corporate legal environment.
  • A strong Litigation Background working within an AM200 firm
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, remote staff, and multiple complex initiatives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, legal hold platforms (e.g., Exterro, Relativity Legal Hold), and data management solutions.
  • Expertise in mobile device and messaging preservation, collection, and review processes.
  • In-depth understanding of data storage, retrieval, retention policies, and defensible migration strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as RCA, CIPP/US, CEDS, IGP, or JD are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%, including internationally.
